Part Time Job
Admin Assistant ( in house and remotely)
We are looking for an part time admin assistant for our entertainment small business-you will work mostly remotely and some days out of a home office.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating office operations and processes in order to ensure maximum productivity for our team. You ideally have experience in handling administrative and executive support while dealing with tasks that evolve day to day.
You thrive working independently but also work well with a team. You are adaptable and flexible to changing organizational needs, and understand that collaboration is important in this fast-paced environment. This is a potential growth position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls for the CEO
Answer and direct phone calls
Support with client services and requests
Support meetings
Generate emails, memos and reports as appropriate
Manage and coordinate maintain calls, meetings and production conference line schedules
Track daily activities in the office, create awareness and plan accordingly
Support CEO with research
Plan travel and other admin duties
Create Digital presentations
Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who is able to multitask and work well under tight deadlines.
• Stellar organization and follow-through
• Positive attitude and warm demeanor
• Proactive with the ability to anticipate future needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in Social Media,updating websites and creating a calendar
