Admin Assistant (Audio-Post, Entry Level)
Energetic, creative post-audio studio in Midtown Manhattan is now seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented assistant studio manager.
Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include maintaining and performing client services, creating content for our social media platforms, and assisting fellow team members with project management.
Duties:
• Greet and direct visitors to the studios
• Perform client services (food prep, lunches, coffee orders)
• Create and post content for studio's social media outlets
• Coordinate contracts and scripts for sessions
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning
• Track studio inventories (office supplies, snacks)
Qualifications: If you're the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience:
• Working within the post-production or advertising industry
• Creating meaningful and engaging content for social media platforms.
• Customer-service oriented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
