We're looking for an AD/producer/coordinator for a 12 day shoot we're doing in NYC the second half of October/early November. It's for a project called The Impossibilities - a seventy minute web series. The show is a character-driven comic drama that follows a jaded, children's party magician and a daffy lesbian yogi. The writer/director has directed a feature and shorts. The DP has won multiple awards for her work - most recently with a feature at SXSW.
We've secured all our financing, locations, and actors. At this point, we need an AD/producer/coordinator type to create a schedule, run production and deal with contracts.
Prep will be part time until a few days before we shoot at that point, you'd be running the show. The crew is small, the folks friendly.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has AD/coordinating experience. Maybe you are coming out of film school or have worked your way up through film production.
We have a small budget but it is important to us to pay everyone working on our project. Currently, we have $2,000 allotted to the AD/Producer for the 12 day duration of the shoot.
