Global entertainment firm seeking detailed and personable Accounting Assistant to join their team!
This job is truly the best of both worlds, as you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical and interpersonal skills! You will work regularly with numbers and data (reporting, collections, forecasting, recording data) and people (interfacing with agents weekly and internal/external individuals at all levels), and play an integral role at a world-renowned organization.
Hiring manager is looking to interview candidates who are:
-Highly analytical, detailed, and organized
-Enthusiastic about working within finance/accounting
-Very proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
-Customer service oriented and focused on relationship building
-Excellent written and verbal communicators
Experience in accounting/finance and a Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. Experience within the entertainment industry is a plus, as well as proficiency in Netsuite.
