Ableton Live Expert / Mixing & Mastering Engineer
The ideal candidate has extensive experience mixing and producing bass-heavy electronic music, including drum and bass, dubstep, trap, bass music, and related styles. Candidates should be able to create powerful, controlled low-end, clean and dynamic mixes, and competitive, release-ready masters.
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Ableton Live session organization and technical support
Music production and arrangement support
Sound design
Vocal and instrumental editing and processing
Mix revisions
Final mastering and delivery preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Ableton Live
Professional mixing and production experience in electronic music, with an emphasis on bass music and drum and bass
Strong audio mastering skills
Excellent understanding of low-end management, dynamics, stereo imaging, and loudness
Ability to work reliably, communicate clearly, and meet project deadlines
This position offers both in-person and remote collaboration. In-person sessions will take place in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA.
