Company Overview A boutique, producer-led music imprint focused on developing the next wave of
talent and delivering cinematic, emotionally driven R&B;, sync-ready records, and mainstream hits. Our
mission is to push culture forward through sound, storytelling, and artist development.
Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and connected A&R to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate has an ear for standout music, strong relationships in the industry,
and the drive to help identify, pitch, and break artists.
Responsibilities - Scout and filter songs, beats, and artists for placement opportunities.
• Pitch records to artists, managers, and labels using existing + new relationships.
• Identify and bring in new talent for potential signing or development.
• Provide consistent updates on outreach, feedback, and movement.
• Align with the imprint's leadership on creative and release strategy.
Compensation To be discussed.
Qualifications - Passion for music and breaking new talent.
• Track record of working with artists, managers, or labels (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow through consistently.
Location Remote / Flexible. Some travel may be required for industry events, sessions, or showcases.
