2nd Personal Assistant to the CEO of Entertainment Company
West Hollywood (In office)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-Time (40+ hours a week, with potential for occasional weekend work)
Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 DOE + Benefits
A very dynamic CEO/ Chairman (Entrepreneurs, Producer, Manager) is seeking to hire a 2nd Personal Assistant for the Chairman's office. The role offers exposure to a busy executive who has their hands n a ton of different business opportunities. This role offers substantial growth within the company for individuals who demonstrate success. This role for now is very much personal assistant based and requires the candidate to ensure that the day to day needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with another executive assistant and a support staff member to efficiently manage the CEO's daily affairs.
Attend to all personal needs for the CEO and his family, with some involvement in business-related tasks.
Manage lunch orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Run errands as required to support the CEO's personal and professional obligations.
Facilitate communication with drivers to coordinate lunch deliveries for the CEO
Participate in meetings alongside the CEO, taking detailed notes and ensuring all action items are documented.
Communicating with staff at home including nannies etc.
Acting as a right hand for this CEO for all personal needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to occasionally work weekends based on business needs.
