Full Time Job
Our client, a major toy manufacturer located in The South Bay is migrating and registering suppliers to their new SAP platform, Ariba. This position will be responsible for reaching out to current suppliers to introduce them to the platform and answer any questions they may have regarding the migration, updates and changes. This person will also help suppliers resolve any registration issues, troubleshoot software bugs and be responsible for contacting internal employees to educate them on Ariba and the impact it has on their existing purchase order and invoice process.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Ariba experience or other cloud based procurement software
• 1-2 years of Oracle experienced preferred
• Experience registering and/or managing suppliers for an organization's internal systems
• Strong soft skills to manage delicate and complicated technical issues
• Excellent customer service skills
This is a temporary role thru 12/2017
40hrs./week
