Our client, an internationally known themed entertainment design & fabrication company, is looking for a sharp, client oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team. In this dynamic role, you'll use knowledge of fabrication within themed entertainment in conjunction with your client management skills to work alongside marketing, creative, and other internal teams to identify areas of opportunity for new client conversion and revenue growth: in addition to business development, you'll also focus on client retention, planning, management, and research. You'll also serve as the bridge between sales and the project management team: you'll clarify the scope of work to insure it meets all expectations, manage project schedules in coordination with production, coordinate proposal writing and draft proposal reviews with appropriate staff, and facilitate the contract negotiation process. In addition, you'll attend industry functions, maintain knowledge of the market and competitors, and handle any client concerns to their satisfaction. You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum 3-5 years of experience within hands on sales & business development [experience within entertainment, FECs, or theme parks highly preferred!]
- strong familiarity with the design and fabrication processes common within themed entertainment
- top notch research skills, with a proactive approach to understanding the market
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communicative, collaborative, time management, and project management skills
This is an on-site role in the Seattle, WA, area with some travel required, and compensation around $90-100K. For consideration, please send your resume
