Runner / Junior Personal Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

This position is an in-person role working out of a home office, it is not remote. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. Experience as Runner and Customer Service background is a MUST! Fashion background and knowledge is a plus. This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term career as a Personal Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Running errands
• Gift buying, shopping, and exchanges
• Organizing and tracking receipts
• Interacting with personal shoppers, business partners, family, and home staff
• Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and requirements:

• Experience as a Runner (internships are considered)
• Personable, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills
• Discretion with confidential information

• Takes pride in their work
• Can do attitude with a no job too small or too big mentality
• Organized, professional and calm under pressure
• Punctual
• PC/MAC savvy
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and high-profile individuals
• Excellent references are required
• Valid driver license, car insurance and dependable car
• Extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles area
