Staffing Agency looking for a Runner / Junior Personal Assistant for our client, a high-profile individual. This position is an in-person role working out of a home office, it is not remote. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. Experience as Runner and a Customer Service background is a must!

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Running errands
-Gift buying and exchanges
-Interacting with business partners, family and home staff
-Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and requirements:

-Experience as a Runner (internships are considered)
-Customer service experience
-Personable and professional positive attitude
-Strong attention to detail
-Understanding of luxury fashion brands. collections and trends preferred
-Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills
-Discretion with confidential information
-A team player mindset
-Can do attitude with a no job too small or too big mentality
-Organized and calm under pressure
-Punctual
-PC/MAC savvy
-Ability to interact with all levels of staff, as well as with outside high-profile executives
-Excellent references are required
-Valid driver license, car insurance and dependable car

Salary:

$50K to $65K DOE
