Global Entertainment firm is searching for an immediate Recruiting Coordinator to begin a long term temporary assignment. This position is open full time and them temporary employee will also be considered for the position full time. To be successful in the role you must have strong organizational skills and be a scheduling expert! Strong writing skills and a team player mentality are required. Great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR within the entertainment industry
Responsibilities:
-Update postings, on job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
-Interact with department managers to determine staffing needs
-Assist with onboarding of new hires
-Provide administrative support and calendar management for senior-level HR team
Requirements
-1year of experience working within a fast-paced HR department
-Hands-on experience working within an HRIS system is a big plus
-An outgoing and friendly personality is a must
-A desire to learn and grow within Human Resources

Rate: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE
