Full Time Job
Our client, a global entertainment and events company in Hollywood, CA is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be the first point of contact in Talent Acquisition and assist with bringing in top talent to one of the world's largest entertainment companies. Responsibilities include assisting with the sourcing of candidates across a wide range of roles, researching new social media opportunities for posting jobs, coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to create recruiting strategies, and working closely with hiring managers
Requirements:
• B.A. Degree
• 1 to 2 years of recruiting or HR experience (experience with this at an assistant level qualifies)
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
• Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process, including policies and procedures
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn and social media as a recruiting tool
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Long-term interest in recruiting / talent acquisition
• Experience in an entertainment or media based company preferred
