A global entertainment and events company in New York City is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with identifying top talent, and providing the team with administrative support for one of the world's entertainment leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates across a wide range of roles including sales, marketing and technical
• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
• Assist in the sourcing process and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate with the recruiting team to create strategies and to fill current positions
• Find creative and effective places to post job descriptions
• Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements for each position
Requirements:
• B.A. Degree
• 1 to 2 years of recruiting and sourcing (experience with this at an assistant level qualifies)
• 1 to 2 years of administrative assistant experience
• Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Long-term interest in recruiting / talent acquisition
• Experience in entertainment / media based company preferred (not mandatory)
