This is a Full Time Job
Our Client, a Small Professional Design firm in the Burbank area is seeking a Purchasing Agent/Logistics to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be organized with a high attention to detail. This role interacts with vendors worldwide a positive and professional manner is of utmost importance.
Responsibilities
• Receive Project Equipment Requisitions and create/send purchase orders
• Receive Supplies/Inventory Equipment Requisitions and create/send purchase orders
• Receive incoming shipments and update tracking documents for Project Management
• Prepare Documents using Word and Excel
• Manage Vendor relationships: set up accounts
• Manage Invoices and receipts for purchases and pass to accounting
• Track Project Equipment budgets vs actuals and provide info to project management
• Manage inventory of office supplies (paper, printer ink, snacks, coffee, etc.)
• Other office duties as assigned
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years' experience in purchasing role preferred
• Proficient with business documents formatting and Excel formulas
• Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office
