Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following…
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally at an agency
• Experience managing complex projects
• Comprehension of racial and gender equity initiatives
• Exceptional attention to detail and top-tier writing skills

Day-to-day responsibilities include…
• Leading a wide variety of projects and setting and communicating deliverables
• Scheduling phone calls and meetings with clients
• Communicating with internal and external teams
• Conducting research and tracking progress
• Interfacing with clients and vendors
• Organizing documents and meeting materials
