Full Time Job
Media Res Studio seeks a Post-Production Coordinator to join our team. This position will work directly with the Head of Post-Production and having an understanding of Post workflows is essential. The ideal candidate must be self- motivated; able to multi-task; possess great attention to detail; maintain a great attitude and be passionate about Post! A minimum of at least 1 year of experience working within Post-Production is required. The job may be performed remotely at the present time.
Responsibilities Include:
• Working as a liaison between Media Res and Post teams to help facilitate Scenechronize and PIX
• Creating and maintaining Post Producer, Editor and VFX grids
• Sharing and updating distribution lists
• Tracking and updating Post calendars
• Checking availability for Post Producers, Editors and VFX talent
• Managing the calendar of the Head of Post-Production
• Scheduling meetings & calls, internally & externally
• Facilitating communication with Networks and Crew by answering questions and coordinating the delivery of materials and notes in a
timely manner
• Creating & processing expense reports for Head of Post-Production
• Managing phones, phone sheets and facilitating dial-ins, video links and conference calls
• Completing special projects as needed or requested
• All other Post-Production Coordinator duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Must have an understanding of Post workflows
• Knowledge and experience working with Scenechronize and PIX
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must be self-motivated and proactive with the capacity to work independently
• Positive attitude with the ability to be flexible
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Post-Production
