EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR ACTRESS/MUSICIAN/PRODUCER- HOLLYWOOD!
Looking for an Assistant for a very busy TV Actress/Musician/Producer! Ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have excellent admin/computer skills and be able to handle logistics like a pro! Someone coming off an agency or industry desk is a plus! Must be energetic, able to go with the flow and confident with being the gatekeeper to this very busy life. There are a lot of balls in the air at all times, with the TV show, record deal, production company that she owns etc. as well as anything else going on in her life. We need someone to take the scheduling off her plate and make sure all teams are informed and on task. Office is based on the studio lot in Hollywood but you may also need to work on the go, from your home, from her home, run some errands, or be on set from time to time. She is very self sufficient and likes to do her own personal stuff (never had an assistant before) so this will be mostly EA tasks having to do with her many businesses. Would love someone who has an interest in producing or music or management so perhaps will be really excited about the tasks. Ideal candidate is experienced in reading scripts as you will be working with her Producing partner at times in that capacity when there is some down time. This is a great role for someone with a great positive attitude, who is eager to please and can go with the flow.
Ideal candidate lives on the East side, (West Hollywood, Hollywood, East Valley or even downtown as you may need to go to Pasadena at times).
M-F this is not a 24/7 job but also not a 9-5pm as every day looks a little different.
65K-75K + stipend towards benefits.
