Personal Assistant for Social Media Influencer - West Hollywood
Hours are generally 9am -6pm with flex as needed due to busy schedule and life
Salary up to 70K DOE plus Benefits
A young, popular, social media star (Over 5 million viewers) and content creator who is prominent on TikTok and other social media outlets seeks a super organized, proactive and detailed personal assistant. This is a first time hire for this talent so the ideal person will know how to keep things professional and not let the lines get too blurred between employer and employee. Daily duties can include but are not limited to:
Day to day management of hectic and ever changing calendar
Understanding a scoria media calendar and managing that as well
Interfacing with business team and associates
Management of travel as needed
Taking ownership of appointments, reservations and other professional/personal needs
Errands
Stocking the home
Management if all personal needs
The ideal person will be comfortable around notable names, business associates and will always act and dress professionally. Please be social media savvy, tech savvy, and extremely computer proficient. You are always exceedingly detailed, 10 steps ahead and able to problem solver quickly as well as manage when meetings get changed etc.
