We are currently in search of a full-time personal assistant for a musician based in Nashville, TN.

Regular Tasks for This Role:
• Daily errands
• Prepping for travel (packing, unpacking, sending items ahead, set up and break down of hotel rooms, etc.)
• Working closely with the client's full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals
• Booking appointments
• Assisting with gifting needs
• Planning for principal's needs and doing food runs as needed
• Making sure core items for the principal are always in stock at the home. Working closely with house managers to maintain stock supplies
• Working closely with house manager and nannies to create and maintain synchronicity
• Touring, both domestically and internationally
• Efficiently creating space and capacity for client to focus on creative endeavors
• Booking travel, ground transportation, etc.
• Advancing hotel rooms
• Knowing and understanding the hierarchy of the team

Skills/Experience/Education
• Previous experience working as a personal assistant is preferred
• Previous experience touring is preferred
• Previous experience working in the entertainment industry is required
• You have experience traveling domestically and internationally
• Self-starter
• Strong Critical Thinking
• Adaptable in a variety of situations
• Able to read a room
• Knowledge of how to dress appropriately in different situations
• Genuinely enjoys being of service
• Physically able to lift 50+ lb luggage
