2nd Personal Asst to CEO/Bookkeeper
Primarily serving as 2nd Personal Assistant to CEO. Also, providing some light Executive Assistant support to the 1st Assistant in the office when needed- primarily assisting with phones. PA duties include; running errands, picking up dry cleaning, taking the car in for repairs, event/party planning- liaise with caterers, valets and various vendors, handling packing for principal.
15-20% of the job is handling Bookkeeping. Should have some Bookkeeping experience; handling personal finances for CEO; paying bills, reviewing financial statements, submitting claims, balancing check books and bank reconciliations. Should be familiar with QuickBooks.
Entertainment related Personal Assistant experience required. Some Finance experience is preferred.
