Personal Assistant for Comedian/Podcaster

This is a Full Time Job

We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a multi hyphenate comedian/podcaster based in Los Angeles (Westside).

Regular Tasks For This Role
* Prepping principal for travel
* Prepping for tour (packing, unpacking)
* Calendar Management
* Sending principle pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc
* Booking appointments
* Making reservations
* Assisting with gifting needs
* Driving principal to meetings and appointments
* Exceptional note taking during meetings and distributing to the team
* Scheduling and overseeing vendors and home improvement projects at principal's home
* Taking direction from the principal and management team
* Working closely with the principal's full team to accomplish macro and micro goals
* Running errands
* Content creation and social media management

Skills/Experience/Education
* Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a minimum of 2 years is preferred
* Proficient in social media and technology
* Self Starter
* Strong Critical Thinking Skills
* Adaptable in a variety of situations
* Able to read a room
* Genuinely enjoys being of service
* Mission aligned with principle
