Personal/ Family Assistant/ Social Media Assistant - Encino, CA

$25- $30 take home per hour
Monday through Friday or somewhat flexible if less days , 30-40 hours a week

A super cool fashion blogger/stylist and mom, catering to UHNW ''chic'' women and celebrities seeks a dynamic , multi faceted Personal Assistant/Social Media Assistant. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to work with someone who has built their now successful business and also enjoys wokring in an family environment. They do have a full time nanny but occasionally you may be asked to drive a kid.
Our ideal candidate is extremely capable of being able to multi task, is proficient in all things tech and social media: Word press, Tok Tok, Instagram, and even knows Quickbooks. The client is seeking someone who enjoys being organized, can help maintain her admin needs, is good at seeing ahead and over all has a tremendous work ethic and drive. The duties include but are not limited to:
Errands, returns/mailing packages, assisting with stocking the home, assisting with all social media and keeping up her blog with her.
Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communications
Flexible and able to respond immediately
