Manager Content Production - Music

This is a Full Time Job

We are a staffing agency looking for a Manager of Content Production for our client, a top Music Management Company. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles

Duties included but not limited to:

• Manage creative cross-platform content
• Work with the other departments on programs, scheduling and determining purchases
• Oversee creative content cycle from beginning to completion
• Help with brainstorming for campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships vendors involved with content creation
• Preparing Presentations
• Handle, maintain and adhere to budgets
• Other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital content creation (entertainment experience is preferred)
• Passionate about the music industry
• MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Premiere
• Social Media Savy including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
• Ability to stay informed and ahead of ever-changing trends
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Problem-solver
• Thrives in fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary:

$60K-$70K DOE + excellent benefits
