Our client, a major entertainment company in LA is in search of a project IT Help Desk Tech to add to their team! The Help Desk Tech will be the primary contact point for aiding employees through technical support and customer service. They will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of setting up, working with, and troubleshooting various operating systems and software platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Gmail, Box, etc.), in addition to hardware and network systems. Familiarity with managing and resolving help desk tickets, overseeing assets, inventory, and developing/executing best practice policies and standards is an absolute must! All of this while maintaining employee satisfaction via continued and thorough status updates and follow-through is required.
Must have:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the IT/Help Desk field
• Customer service minded, with strong verbal/written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and prioritizing skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Flexibility to work well both independently and within a team
This is a long term project in Beverly Hills, CA and expected to run through November 2019.
Compensation is $20/hr.- $25/hr.
