Head of Security for Touring Musician

This is a Full Time Job

We are currently in search of a Full Time Head of Security for a client based in Nashville/Kentucky . This role requires relocating to the South.

Regular Tasks for This Role:
•Driving principal when needed, sometimes long distances
•Escorting as security for principal for both personal and professional travel
•Touring with principal both domestically and internationally
•Working closely with principals team and family
•Working closely with the tour manager
•Personal protection for principal and family
•Advancing venue security
•Advancing hotel security
•Threat assessment and Risk management
•Maintain vehicle readniness as required
•Situational Awareness
•Conflict de-escalation
•Maintaining confidentiality at all times
•Crowd Management
•Maintaining Defense Training

Skills/Experience/Education
•Previous experience working on tour is preferred
•Defense training is required
•Law enforcement/military background is a plus
•Carry permit (ideally LEOSA)
•Strong Critical Thinking
•Adaptable in a variety of situations
•Able to read a room
•Knowledge of how to dress appropriately in different situations
•Physically able to lift 50+lbs
