This is a Full Time Job
Managing the Front Desk and handling Assistant support for boutique Talent Agency located in Los Angeles.
Must be extremely detail oriented, organized, professional, focused and a strong multi-tasker. Fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answering multi-line phone system
Interacting with Talent
Greeting clients upon arrival
Managing all MP3 auditions/folders for Voiceover Projects
Scheduling auditions
Various administrative duties as assigned
Salary: $30k ($14.42/hr)+ Full Benefits
Hours are M-F, 9:30am-6:30pm with occasional OT.
Growth Potential. Looking to hire ASAP
Must have a minimum of 1 year of PAID front desk/reception experience.
