This is a Full Time Job
Our client, a music talent and development leader, is looking for a Financial Operations coordinator to join the team! This position will provide user support for the company's Online Procurement System (UniPort) for the U.S. business groups. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team setting and have the ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide support for purchase order system, UniPort.
• Update and migrate supplier accounts
• Strong independent problem solving and communication skills are needed to research issues brought forth by business units and perform special project tasks when required.
• Cross-trained to purchase order system, UniPort:
• Set up new user access in UniPort.
• Maintain complex user access rights and approval workflow rule spreadsheets
• Day to day interaction and system support with a wide variety of users across all company business units in the US.
• Serve as liaison between IT and business user community
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent Excel skills, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• Some SAP and previous experience with a procurement system is a plus.
• Some College preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
