We are seeking an exceptional Executive / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a Grammy Award-winning artist. What You'll Do:
• Calendar & Schedule Management: Oversee a complex calendar of meetings, studio sessions, rehearsals, interviews, appearances, personal commitments, and more.
• Travel & Event Coordination: Handle domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and support for events, performances, and private functions.
• Communications: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, serve as a gatekeeper, and prepare correspondence and professional materials.
• Personal Support: Assist with personal errands, household management, appointments, subscriptions, and special projects.
• Relationship Management: Act as a liaison with industry professionals, business partners, family members, and other key contacts, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
• Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, track expenses, prepare reports and presentations, and manage confidential information.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and provide calm, effective support when plans change or unexpected needs arise.
Who You Are:
• Previous Executive or Personal Assistant experience (preferably in the entertainment industry)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and judgment
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new technology
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and nontraditional hours
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (domestic and international)

Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site only). Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area; this is not a hybrid or remote position.
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 (Competitive, based on experience)
