Leading digital entertainment company is seeking a remote Executive Assistant who will thrive in an innovative and ever-evolving environment with a collaborative team.
The Executive Assistant will work with high-level Directors to ensure the day runs smooth and tasks are completed.

Administrative Duties: Manage multiple calendars, assist with event planning (workshops, internal team events, offsites), coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, draft meeting notes, follow up on action items, and complete ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills: motivated, driven, collaborative, adaptable, organized, strong communication, energetic, and excellent prioritization skills
Requirements: 2-4 years of administrative support experience with an emphasis on heavy calendar management
*This is a remote role, and the assignment is projected to last 2-3 months (with possibility of extension).
