Staffing Agency looking for a Temp / Temp to hire Assistant for their client, a CEO / Talent Agent. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles; this is a fully in person role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a career working in Talent representation. All candidates must have previous Agency experience.
Duties included but not limited to:
• Keeping phone logs and rolling calls
• Managing busy calendars
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and booking reservations
• Tracking submissions, preparing client pitches, and composing email correspondence
• Data entry and updating databases
• Project management
• Taking meeting and conference call notes
• Administrative duties, scanning, filing, expense reports, and other office duties
• Drafting memos, emails, letters and other documents
• Special projects, personal assistant duties and other duties as needed
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must have minimum of 1 to 2 years' Agency experience - Talent or branding desk experience highly preferred
• PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Able to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail, and able to change priorities as needed
• Polished, sophisticated, calm under pressure, and a team player
• Proactive, able to anticipate needs, and able to problem solve
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Stable work history with excellent references
