2nd Executive Assistant to Talent Agent for Music related Agency, ideally temp to perm.
Supporting the 1st Assistant. EA duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage and maintain a busy personal and business calendar, including handling meeting scheduling, coordinating events and activities.
Manage travel: flights, hotels, restaurants and transportation. Must have experience in handling itineraries.
Answer and direct phone calls- Maintain database- Interact with directors, producers, executives via phone and email.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2-3 years paid executive assistant experience
Excellent organizational skills
Strong MS Office and computer skills (Windows, Word, Outlook)
Anticipate needs
Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Extreme attention to detail
Highly organized and skilled in time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Entertainment experience is preferred.
Hours: Mon-Fri; 9:30am-6:30 pm
