Executive Assistant / Post-Production

Entertainment leader in Burbank has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant with Post-Production experience. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing an Executive, as well as post-production related projects.

Experience providing high-level administrative support to an Executive, and a post-production background are both required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level administrative assistance to an Executive including rolling calls, calendar management, expense reports, travel coordination, gatekeeping, and maintaining high levels of confidentiality

• Coordinate post-production schedules

• Manage PO's, invoices, update bids with current information

• Coordinate meetings, lunches and manage department schedule

• Manage departmental calendars and documents for department and shows

• Support Pix, Box, Filerunner and Scenechronize for sharing media and info 

• Support and set up for in-house editing and screening facilities

• Onboarding Editorial crews with timecards, start paperwork, NDA's, building access, etc.

• Write and maintain post-production manual

Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative assistance to an entertainment executive

• Experience working in a post-production house, familiar with the work flow, terminology and softwares.

• Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft required, experience with Avid, Adobe Premiere, Pix preferred

• B.A. Degree

• Ability to work comfortably and efficiently with corporate Executives and a post-production team
