Maintain 30,000+ sq. ft. main residence set on 4 acres of land on the Westside of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include:
Managing household and acreage
Oversee household staff including; Housekeepers, Chef, Nannies, Laundress and Gardeners
Respond to Principals' and guest requests with professionalism and patience
Anticipate needs
Ability to finish projects within specified time frames given
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Must be able to prioritize with strong time and employee management skills
Screen, hire, terminate employees and maintain personnel files
Report all incidents (something broken, cracked, scratched, etc.)
Must be flexible and available to Principals including some weekends
Qualifications:
Degree preferred
7+ years' experience as an Estate Manager in luxury estate households 12,500 sq. ft. +
Competencies:
Experience working with high net work individuals and families a plus
Utmost discretion and confidentiality
Must have a ''roll up the sleeves'' attitude
Take charge individual who can manage and supervise behind the scenes
Well organized and an eye for detail
Able to create & amend the House Manual
Flexibility with hours is required
