Estate Manager For Entertainment Family

This is a Full Time Job

A very busy entertainment industry based family is seeking an experienced Estate manager to work in their home.

This position works primarily out of one house but will be able to go to the second house as needed (for repairs, house prep, etc). Ideal candidate will be able to handle a very hectic schedule without getting overwhelmed, will be polished and an excellent listener. Organizational skills and a proactive approach to assisting are essential as this position includes some Executive Assistant duties like drafting formal emails, some admin duties and other organizational office work. We are looking for someone who is always five steps ahead of whatever is taking place. The ideal candidate will be very private, intelligent, respectful and diplomatic. You MUST have experience working with children and must love dogs! 5+ years of experience as a PA/Estate Manager is REQUIRED to apply. Must have glowing references and pass an in depth background check.

Typical duties include:

• Helping with daily needs within the household

• Management of household staff (chef, housekeepers, gardeners, etc)

• Liaising with vendors, other staff, and more

• Making daily lists of duties and prioritizing needs

• Checking in with Mrs and Mr as needed throughout the day

• Grocery shopping and other errands

• Making sure the house is well kept and organized at all times

• Delivering items as needed

• Assisting and coordinating event/party planning

• Keeping files, cars, etc up to date

This is a great opportunity to work for a family with nonstop lives. Must be on call as needed (and by email) and flexible with hours in case emergencies or needs within the home come up. There is travel involved with this role as well, so valid passport and experience with travel are a must.

Salary is $100k+ DOE, benefits included.
