Executive/Personal Assistant to Interior Design Influencers/New Media Company
Mid Los Angeles
Monday through Friday with ''general hours'' being 9am - 5pm with flex as needed for shoots/events/meetings
Will work remotely from your own home, as well as their home for in person meetings/errands
MUST be geographically desirable for this role
55K - 75K DOE plus Benefits
A couple in the ''design meets influencer space'', who produce and create content for social media channels (loads of shooting and editing happening all the time), as well as design furniture/home collections seek a highly effective and supremely organized EA/PA. The clients are very ''type A'' yet also super creative - and ultimately seek the right EA/PA to assist them to ''free up head space'' from the minutia of details to focus on their content, creations and family time. We seek someone who has been an assistant previously, is a true self starter, loves the organizational/ get the list done work of being an assistant yet is also a fun person with a great spirit. If you have a love for design and/or social media that is a plus as well. The clients are mindful of hours and do not care to over work anyone but also have deadlines that need to be met and could use the assistance sometimes at odd hours. This is a multi-hat job where you will be jumping in and out of various projects/tasks acting as an extension of the principals, that for the right person, who REALLY makes their lives easier could have some growth potentially down the line.
The ideal person will be:
Tech savvy and able to upload content, work with Dropbox and social media platforms.
A master at a check list - being aware of what needs to be done in a day/ week/ month. Will update clients each day of what has been attended to and what needs to be addressed.
Family friendly - to perhaps watch their amazing child if they are on a call in the other room for a few minutes (this is not a nanny job but we'd love a true team player).
Someone who is super capable at communicating succinctly and effortlessly through text/email.
Will organize: Calendars/schedules, Reservations/Appointments, assist and interface with personal and professional contacts, update contacts as needed, work with a creative assistant in their office, liaise with various crew members, travel arrangements when needed, errands/packages, grocery runs, will be open to emails and texts if they come on the weekend/or when they rise early.
