Monday through Friday 9am - 7:30pm

An impressive force in the space of journalism/ talk show hosting/writer/author/social media presence and so on seeks an IMPRESSIVE EA/PA. This is a role that calls for someone who can TRULY keep pace - thinks ahead and at the end of the day is the ultimate ''get it done person''. For the 100% effective, right person, AFTER 2 years, there can be growth into a Chief of Staff or COO role to assist in growing the various verticals of their brand and businesses. While there are times that work can take the principal to the east coast, the predominance of their work here is in LA. MUST have 5- 7 years of experience with showing longevity in your positions. The ideal candidate will have serviced a very fast paced individual in the entrainment sector- both personal and professionally. Will be extremely poised, elegant and professional. Will be able to represent heir principal in all areas - and will always be an effective written and oral communicator. As a journalist, it is ALL in the details for them. The role and duties will include but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Management of a day to day schedule - being able to have an over view of the day/week/ month
EACH day - will by 9am have a ''to do list'' of what needs to be addressed in the day, and each night at 730pm, will have a check list of what has been accomplished and what needs to be attended to later in the day or the next day.
Making reservations, appointments, travel management
Errands, gift buying, online shopping, returns
Interfacing with a variety of business teams for the various platforms
Occasional event planning
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet, intuitive and a true problem solver
Common sense and logic
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
MUST be tech savvy, MAC proficient, WORD office suite
