Maintaining Client Schedules and Calendars
Addressing and Servicing Client Needs and Requests
Organizing Complex Tour and Travel Logistics
Creative Strategy
Recording Coordination and Administration
Social Media Marketing Coordination
Tour Strategy and Agent Relations
Release Strategy and Scheduling
Graphic Design / Branding Oversight
Video Production Oversight
Contract Administration and Clearances
Label Relations
Press Coordination
Budgeting and Financial Oversight
A&R and Music Strategy
Requirements:

Positive and proactive attitude
Expert organizational skills
Excellent communication skills including the ability to draft professional emails, handle high call volumes and hold intelligent industry-specific conversations
Ability to stay highly organized in a high paced work environment
Strong knowledge of pop, hip-hop, and electronic music
Working knowledge of social media and marketing
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a high paced, goal-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Business.
Agency, management, or record label experience
Strong music industry relationships are a plus
