Full Time Job
Major entertainment company in Santa Monica, CA is on the hunt for a Contracts Administrator to support the TV Bussiness & Legal team with administration of production and development contracts. This person will draft and manage agreements, act as the liaison between business affairs, accounting, and talent representatives to ensure creative staff is properly paid. Contract Administrator will also track options for talent/leases/rights, etc. and create legal reports as needed.
Must have:
• Bachelors degree required
• 2 years experience working in entertainment business an legal affairs
• Must be experienced and very comfortable reading and analyzing entertainment contracts (employment agreements, license agreements, leases, etc.).
• Extremely knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
