Full Time Assistant to Talent Agent for Commercial Talent Agency, Los Angeles, CA

Must have at least 1 year of Talent Agency / Entertainment Assistant as well as experience working in a fast paced environment. Any animation experience is helpful.

Responsibilities include; rolling calls, providing administrative support to agent as well as clients. Ideal candidate will be personable and a strong multi- tasker, extremely detail-oriented and an excellent work ethic. Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement. Must be flexible and willing to work occasional overtime

Qualifications:
• Proactive, responsive and a strong scheduler
• College degree preferred

1 year commitment minimum. Growth Potential.

Currently working remotely until it is safe to return to the office.
