Bookkeeper / Account Manager for Business Management Firm
Duties Included but not limited to:
• A/P and A/R audit / review and approval
• Comfortable with Communicating / Interacting with clients, client representation and the client's staff members
• Supervision of team members and communication with and updating Business Manager to coordinate assistance if and where needed
• Training and organization of workflow, goal setting, manage timelines and deadlines
• Track, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; achieving them in a timely manner
• Constantly developing and evolving one's leadership and management skills to reduce turnover and build team engagement
• Preparation of budgets with cash projections, financial reports and supplemental schedules (as directed) in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare for and contribute to client meetings
• Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation
• Oversight of Merchandising statements tracking, analysis and reconciliation
• Individual & Corporate tax projections completion
• Identify and proactively manage foreign touring, insurance, and tax mitigation issues
• Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation
projects, auto and other large purchases, both business and personal
• Ability to research unique client issues and report to Business Manager with accurate, concise
communication
• Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation

• Review and understand various contracts and create summaries
• Royalty Statement analysis
• Special projects as needed
Skills and qualifications include
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 semesters of college level accounting, including Tax Accounting, and general love of working with numbers is required
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in the Entertainment Industry as a Bookkeeper/Account Executive/Manager or relevant role working with Music touring artists
• Enjoys training and teaching other members of the team
• Has good judgment regarding industry social event behavior and exhibits professionalism when representing company in any capacity
• Able to work independently, prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• PC/MAC MS Office: Microsoft Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-Lookups etc) is A+
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to change priorities as needed and able excel and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
