This is a Full Time Job
Our client, an entertainment company based out of Beverly Hills, CA is excited to add a Benefits Coordinator to their team! This role will report to the VP, Compensation & Benefits and will be responsible for assisting employees with benefits enrollment/questions, insurance billing and the administration of various employee benefits programs. You will also research/troubleshoot benefit discrepancies, resolve escalations, and support open enrollment with employee communication, research, and ensuring data accuracy.
Must Have:
• 1 years in HR and at least 2 years in benefits related role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically MS Excel [formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups]
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative team member mentality with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow through
• Working knowledge of current employment and benefits laws a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Friendly and helpful demeanor with the ability to work with employees of all levels
