Attractions General Manager

This is a Full Time Job

Our client and world-class tourist attraction complex, The Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center in Pigeon Forge TN, is excited to add a General Manager to their team!

In this role, you will build and lead the frontline team for all four attractions which include, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Castle of Chaos, Hannah's Maze of Mirrors, and the zombie-infested Outbreak - Dread the Undead! In addition to staffing, training, and managing the operations team, the GM will continue to increase employee engagement, exemplify the highest levels of guest service and supervise staff to meet and exceed those standards. The GM will have primary responsibility for the cleanliness, safety, security, and emergency preparedness of the facility, as well as the quality of the attractions while managing the staff in all aspects of ticket/retail sales, operations, and facility maintenance to maximize both guest satisfaction and service!

This is a great opportunity for a HANDS-ON leader to help guide the operation of a historic, exciting, and beautiful venue!

The right person should have:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of management experience in the hospitality and/or entertainment attractions industry
• Ability to use office productivity software and spreadsheets, plus experience with other digital and operations technologies
• Experience with implementing Covid-19 safety policies and procedures is a big plus!
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Excel
• A flexible mindset and availability to handle the various needs and deadlines of a busy venue

This is a full time, onsite role in the Knoxville, TN area with compensation in the $70k- $95K range DOE.
