Boutique talent management company with clients in the digital and traditional spaces is seeking an experienced full-time assistant. The assistant role will provide support to the President of the company and work alongside three others within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management in the entertainment business with a focus in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
-Tracking all emails for the President.-Handling all logistics for President and clients, including flights, hotel, grounds, shoot details, event details, seeking call sheets, creating itineraries, etc. MUST be proficient in booking travel.-Coordinate all product gifting for digital clients.-Creating and sending invoices.-Creating meeting notes & sending out notifications.-Keeping our project management software up to date (Knowledge of project management software Asana is a plus).
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of assistant experience in an agency, studio, or management company, preferably in the digital space.
-Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must because of the high volume of emails, calls, etc.
-Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
-Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and their entire professional teams.
-Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and preferred knowledge of Adobe photoshop (basic knowledge to put together one-sheets).
-Must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and be comfortable working from a home office.
