This is a Full Time Job
Staffing Agency is looking for a Temp/Temp to hire Assistant for their client, a CEO / Talent Agent. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This role is suited for someone who wants a career working in Talent representation. All candidates must have Agency experience.
Duties included but not limited to:
• Phones
• Keeping phone logs and rolling calls
• Managing busy calendars
• Tracking submissions and email correspondence
• Data entry and updating databases
• Project management
• Taking meeting and conference call notes
• Administrative duties, scanning, filing, booking reservations, expense reports, and other office duties
• Drafting memos, emails, letters and other documents
• Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must have minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience working as an Assistant at an Agency- Talent or branding desk experience preferred.
• Tech savvy PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to work in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities
• Able to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and able to change direction as needed
• Polished, professional, calm, and a team player
• Proactive, able to anticipate needs, and able to problem solve
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent references
Salary: $23.00/hour to $25.00/hour DOE as a temp
