Entertainment law firm seeking assistant for transactional entertainment attorneys on the Westside. This desk supports two attorneys.
YOU MUST HAVE 2+years entertainment assistant experience, either at an entertainment law firm or in business affairs at the studios. Your resume MUST REFLECT entertainment secretarial legal experience. Please submit your resume in Microsoft Word format rather than PDF if at all possible. In your cover letter please discuss your 2+ years of entertainment experience and your assistant background.
Due to Covid-19 - interviews will be conducted online. In addition, this position will be a work from home/stay-at-home position for the time being until we are able to work back in our traditional office setting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years legal entertainment experience, either at an entertainment law firm or business affairs at the studios
Word, Excel, Outlook
DUTIES:
Answer phones and check voicemail, and transcribe when required, scheduling, maintaining phone logs
Format, create, produce, and edit correspondence and other written materials including agreements, letters, memos, cover sheets, other legal documents.
Redlining and version comparisons on agreements
Transcribe dictated or written materials
Legal secretary duties
Coordinator
