Our client, a global talent agency, has an immediate need for an assistant to support an executive in their Guest Speakers division. This division is responsible for the booking and planning all guest speaker engagements, who deliver engaging presentations relevant to the arts and entertainment, to their clients. In this role, the assistant will provide administrative support to the Guest Speakers Executive, and work closely with the Guest Speakers team, talent agents, and accounting. Duties include answering phones, heavy scheduling, expense reports, written correspondence, travel coordination, light accounting and editing contracts / agreements.
Requirements
• B.A. Degree
• 1 to 2 years of solid and progressive administrative assistant experience
• Experience interacting with high-profile agents and clients
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
