We assist with all of the moving parts that make an independent creator's career, including sponsorships, merchandising, business development, privacy protection, copyright infringement, and more! We're so grateful to get to work with such undeniable talent in order to maintain curious and imaginative spaces on the internet.
Who we're looking for:
We need a resourceful, self-starting assistant to help execute the workflow on our talent management team. We're seeking someone both digital-savvy and digital-enthusiastic. A personal and/or professional history with Youtube is a priority for us. We are a small team, so we're looking for candidates who are imaginative, well-rounded, and highly organized. Our assistant needs to be able to make independent decisions on a daily basis.
Job Description:
A management assistant supports our talent management team in client/campaign tracking, deal flow, and scheduling. Our roster of clients works closely with our talent managers on a number of different projects. Our assistant will be responsible for communicating with our talent managers, and maintaining tracking spreadsheets with the progress of ongoing deals. You will assist in getting project materials from brands to their chosen talent, such as sponsorship requirements and talking-points. You will also help keep track of client stats, and maintain decks reflecting their most current following. You will be looped into email threads to: follow up with prospective clients and sponsors, set meetings, and keep eyes on project progress. You will be asked to join priority meetings to take notes.
A successful candidate will be deeply organized and able to keep these materials up to date, and be able to support priority tasks on an ad hoc basis.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently interviewing and working fully-remote, with plans to move into an office once it is safe to do so. Though we will prioritize candidates who live in the Los Angeles area, feel free to apply from anywhere in the pacific time zone.
