Position: Digital Marketing/Brands Partnership Intern
Department: Streaming & Digital Marketing
Reports to: Sr. Director Streaming & Brand Partnerships, Concord
Internship is a 3-month spring term.
Purpose of the Position:
The Digital & Branding Intern is responsible for supporting the Streaming & Digital Marketing Label Services Department at Concord, with an emphasis on streaming and brand partnerships. The candidate should be creative, willing to learn, have a flexible schedule, a passion for music, and a desire to work in the industry. Applicants must currently be enrolled in college and eligible for college credit.
Core Responsibilities:
• Pulling data for insights and analysis
• Lead generation for brands in the music space
• Strategize ways to promote artists via brand partners and social media
• Assist digital team in supporting Concord artists globally on streaming services
• Engage in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions for global creative marketing campaigns and various opportunities with our partners
• Work closely with digital team to compose label updates for internal and external Concord partners
Primary Lateral Interfaces:
This position will report to the Sr. Director, Streaming & Brand Partnerships and will primarily interact with Concord's digital marketing team.
Location:
The position will be based in the Concord Los Angeles office
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in college/university - must be eligible for college credit.
• Available at least 2 days a week but open to being flexible.
• Eager to work in the music industry at a growing and exciting record label
• Open to feedback and asking questions as the internship goes on. We want you to learn and have fun at the same time!
• Candidate must be organized, punctual and professional with an attention to detail
• Knowledge of the DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora etc.) and an understanding and appreciation of music & pop culture
