Full Time Job
Provide general administrative assistant to the SVP and VP of Comedy Central Production, in addition to coordinating small-scale projects for the department.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones
• Coordinating and maintaining daily work schedule
• Screening and prioritizing mail
• Coordinate and book all business travel, seminars, retreats, conventions and luncheons
• Submitting & maintaining travel expenditures
• Gathering and distributing materials, documents and information as needed and directed
• Code and process invoices as needed
• Liaison to other departments/assistants on all relevant needs and issues as determined by SVP
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
Additional Qualifications
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office
• High organization/detail-oriented skills
• Ability to problem-solve, work independently or as a team player
• Strong intuition and ability to anticipate supervisor needs
• Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast moving environment
• Ability to escalate issues as needed for resolution
